Refund policy

At Craftspeople Brand LLC, all products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this production model, we maintain the following return and refund policy.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Incorrect color selection

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Change of mind

Please carefully review size charts and product descriptions before placing your order.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or there is a manufacturing error, we will provide a replacement or refund at our sole discretion.

Reporting Window

Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Proof Required

To file a claim, please email:

support@craftspeopleco.com

Include:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photographs showing the issue

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.

You are not required to return the damaged item unless specifically requested.


Items Not Eligible for Refund

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Minor color variations due to screen differences

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Improper washing or misuse of the product


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be modified or canceled.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.


Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to provide this policy, proof of delivery, and order confirmation details to the payment provider as evidence of agreement to these terms.

We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns fairly and promptly.
