All of our products are made to order to ensure quality and reduce overproduction. Please review the information below regarding our processing and shipping procedures.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and sent to production within 2–5 business days after payment is successfully received.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Please note: During periods of high demand (such as holidays), production times may be slightly extended.
Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled or modified.

We do not guarantee delivery dates and are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Locations
We offer worldwide shipping; however, availability may vary depending on the product and fulfillment partner location.
We work with multiple production partners across the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union. Orders are automatically routed to the most efficient fulfillment location to ensure faster delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
Delivered but Not Received
If a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but you have not received it:

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Incorrect Address & Returned Packages
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer will require additional shipping fees for reshipment.
Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts or unclaimed parcels may also require additional reshipping fees.
